A decent analysis (with good links) of why the basic ideas behind the recent Supreme Court decision about corporate financed political ad regulation is just plain wrong. Corporations should not be full people, ever. And even if they were, they should still be held to some standards. Of course, as the article points out, rich people always get better treatment when it comes to regulations.
