Over this past weekend, the new trailer for Browncoats: Redemption, the movie I helped out with a bit over the summer, made its debut at the Farpoint convetion up the road a bit in Baltimore.

The other day, I had the chance to participate in the first group read-through of the script for Browncoats: Redemption, a fan film being produced right here in Maryland.

It is, as one "in the know" may surmise, a Firefly/Serenity flavored fan creation. Set three months after the events of the Serenity film, it follows the adventures of a different group of Independents, trying to eke out a living running cargo on the Rim.
